How It Works

The Passport Photo Maker resizes and crops your photo to the exact printed dimensions required by common document standards. It converts the millimetre size of the document into pixels at your chosen print resolution using the HTML5 Canvas API, so the final file prints at the correct physical size.

• Pick a size: Choose an official preset (US 2×2 in, EU/Schengen 35×45 mm, UK, India, China visa, Canada, Australia, Japan) or enter a custom size in millimetres.
• Position the face: Drag the photo and use the zoom slider. The oval and horizontal lines show where the head, eyes and chin should sit for most biometric standards.
• Generate: The tool renders a single cropped photo at 300 or 600 DPI.
• Print sheet: Tile as many copies as fit on a 4×6, 5×7, A4 or Letter sheet with optional cut lines, then download or send straight to your printer.
